We are in Beautiful Cape Town, situated in Parklands Table View. We do not have branches in other provinces at the moment but do offer the option to courier nationwide to non regional areas.
Once we have received your order, all the neccessary information will be shared via Whatsapp closer to your rental date.
Nothing dodgy, we just aim to avoid walk in clients, we do not have the premises to have a full on walk in store at the moment.
Please refer to the measurements on each item in their description area. We do not list them according to sizes each supplier’s sizing chart differs.
Yes that’s what we do 🙂 We also don’t mind if you use our dresses for a baby shower or any other use as long as it’s returned in the same way it has been received. Just remember these dresses are all PROPS and not high end evening wear, you cannot expect a brand new dress with gold trimmings they are generally used for photoshoots.
Have a scroll through the website all available dresses will be listed there and we usually add some new additions on a weekly basis.
Measurements has been added to each dress in their description area should you not be coming in for a fitting appointment.

We do not accept any other way of dress bookings than booking directly from the website. The website is linked with availability and we work with a process from the moment your order is received until it’s returned which is linked with the website.
Please do not ask for special favours we will unfortunately not be able to bend the rules.

Pricing on dresses will be available and bookable via the website.
Orders are reserved until 13:00 next day & 11:00 on a Thursday and Friday.
If no payment notification/communication is received items will automatically be released and a new booking will need to be made.
Items are normally ready for collection a day prior to your rental date and returned the morning after your rental date (Before 12:00). Should this fall on a weekend, returns are made on a sunday afternoon between 17:00 – 18:00 unless alternative arrangements has been made.
For courier, items are automatically collected on a Monday morning if your rental date falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
There is no set time for bookings, we normally suggest to book your items in advance if your heart is set on something in particular.
But please do remember when you have placed your booking and payment has been made it’s a done deal. We will only cancel the order if it’s atleast 7 days in advance and only issue a coupon code if your item’s spot has been filled with a new booking.
For short notice bookings, we are open Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 and usually open until 13:00 on a Saturday & between 17:00 – 18:00 on a Sunday if you need to collect unless the website has a temporary notice which will pop up to notify you that we are not available.
We make use of an overnight courier service. We unfortunately do not courier to regional areas.
As long as you are not too far from a major city you are all good for an overnight service. If you are unsure pick the “quote me” option on the checkout section and we will advise accordingly.
Overnight courier service sending both ways will cost R290.
Local Cpt courier service sending both ways will cost R190.
For bigger items (Anything that will not fit in a flyer bag which is about the size of a shoe box) Please pick the bigger item option @ R550 both way sending. We will either hand deliver these items or make use of our local courier service so please do not pick big items if you are not situated in Local Cape Town.
Our cut off times for bookings that needs to be sent with a courier service is on a Thursday @ 12:00.

Quick answer – Book your items for the day of your event, they will be ready for collection a day prior and return will be the morning (before 12:00) after your rental date.
If your order has been placed, please reply to the confirmation mail asking to amend the date.
We will normally cancel the booking to enable you to rebook, provided this is a recent booking as paid bookings are not refundable or extendable.
Rentals SA cannot predict the weather or any 3rd party happenings please make sure when booking you are certain of your dates. We do not issue refunds and coupon codes are only issued if your booking spot has been filled.
If you have not gone through the checkout section, press the little red cross next to the item in your cart section and choose your new dates.
Is it possible to come in for a Fitting appointment?
Please make use of the below link for fitting appointments. We do not have a showroom and anything/everything we do works hand in hand with the Website’s schedule. When we try to do a favour it usually bites us in the butt and messes up this tight boat we are sailing so please do not ask for special requests we won’t be able to bend the rules.
We do not offer a walk in option and only have fitting appointments available from Tuesday to Thursday when most of our dresses are in stock.
When placing a booking for a fitting please do not book dresses with your order, come for your fitting first, choose your dress and then place your booking.
